About the Program

This scholarship is part of Nigeria’s Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) Phase-out Management Plan (HPMP) Stage III Project.

The project aims to reduce HCFC-22, a significant ozone-depleting substance, by introducing low ozone-depleting and Global Warming Potential technologies. The target is to achieve a 67.5% reduction in HCFC baseline consumption by 2025.
