Application Procedure

- Pay the required fees to the bank or the School’s Account Office.
- Convert the bank teller or print-out into an official school receipt at the school’s Account Office, Holy Rosary Hospital, Emekuku.
- Collect and fill out forms at the College of Nursing Department.
- Submit filled forms immediately after completion at the College of Nursing Science Department for verification.
- Photocopy the Form, Receipt of payment, and other Documents.
- Return the photocopied Form, Receipt of payment, and other Documents to the College of Nursing Science Department.
