FCE Zaria, NCE Certificate Collection Process for Graduating Students

This message is intended to advise all NCE graduates that the Federal College of Education Zaria administration has published instructions for obtaining your NCE diplomas.

The following are the steps to obtain your NCE credentials at FCE Zaria:

  • Make a payment at the College Bank (ZAFEC) for the certificate processing fee.
  • The Alumni Fee is merely $1,000, and the Certificate Processing Fee is 2,500.
  • After making your payment, you must go to the Department of Bursaries with the payment teller.
  • Following payment confirmation, you will receive a receipt.
  • Address a letter requesting the collection of your NCE Certificate to the Head of Examination and Records. You can find the letter’s format on notice boards in the record section of the academic office/part-time unit.
  • Carry along the following items with you to the Part-Time Unit’s Records Section.


i. Acknowledgment/Congratulatory letter printed at the College CBT Centre.
ii. Certificate Processing Fee Payment Receipts.
iii. Request Letter.
iv. School Identity Card.
v. Statement of Result, if you previously collected.
