How to Check FULAFIA Part-Time Degree, Admission List

Applicants can check their admission status at the Centre for Continuing Education & Professional Development (CCEPD), FULAFIA.

Part-time study at the university is administered by the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development, which handles admission separately from the full-time intake.

Being a first batch, this release is unlikely to be the only one, so candidates whose names are absent may appear on a later list.

Admission Letters and Registration

All persons admitted for the 2026/2027 academic session are to note that the issuing of admission letters and the screening/registration of fresh students will commence on Tuesday, April 11, 2026.

Admitted students are advised to complete the necessary procedures promptly to ensure a smooth transition into their academic program.

Collecting Your FULAFIA Part-Time Letter

Admission letters and the screening of fresh students both begin on the same date, so plan to deal with them in one visit rather than separately.

Take identification and your application documents along, since the centre issues letters against its own record rather than on the strength of the published list.

Ask about fees and lecture scheduling at the same time, because part-time cohorts commonly meet at weekends or in the evenings and the arrangement differs by programme.

Act promptly, as places left unregistered after the window the university allows are routinely offered to other applicants.

Have your O-level results and any earlier qualifications ready for screening, since verification normally covers all of them at a single sitting.

Keep a copy of the published list showing your name as well, because such lists are sometimes withdrawn once registration has closed.

Candidates who cannot attend on the opening day should contact the centre rather than simply arriving later, since screening usually runs to a set timetable.
