- Ensure you have an active email, phone number, and address, and click on “Application Form” before registration begins.

- Using your ATM card details, make a payment ofN12,300 for the application fee.
- An application number will be generated after successful payment. Click “Applicant Login.” when you have returned to the homepage.
- The required fields should be filled in on the form, including O’Level results, personal details, program, attestation, and passport upload.
- To print out your application form and payment receipt, click “Print Out” together with the schedule for the entrance examination.
Entrance Examination Details
A Computer-Based Test (CCBT) will be used for the entrance examination on August 4, 2026, Kwara State College of Nursing & Midwifery CBT Centre, Ilorin. At 8.00 am the examination will begin.
