This is an update for students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike (MOUAU) on the academic calendar for the 2026/2027 session.
As of this update, MOUAU has not published its academic calendar for 2026/2027. The university’s own events page still shows the calendar for the 2025/2026 session, which began in September 2025. No 2026/2027 calendar document has replaced it yet.
Several school information sites are already listing detailed MOUAU 2026/2027 dates, down to specific matriculation and examination weeks. We could not confirm any of these against MOUAU’s own website, so we’re not reproducing them here.

Where to Check for the Real Calendar
MOUAU publishes its academic calendar as a notice on the university’s events page once Senate approves it, usually accompanied by a separate announcement on the commencement of the session. That’s the most reliable place to confirm dates once they’re out, rather than a site that has simply swapped the year on last session’s template.
We’ll update this page with verified 2026/2027 dates as soon as MOUAU management releases them.
