To qualify for admission, candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
- Candidates must have five credits in Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics from either the WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or a combination. Please bring along a copy of your results.
- Every applicant must send a handwritten application letter to the Principal of the School of Nursing, NAUTH.
- Candidates must submit four current passport photos.

- The cost of the application form is N15,000.

- Attach one passport photo to the original receipt and make a photocopy.

- Submit the completed admission form to the School of Nursing with your credentials attached.
