Accommodation is built into these tables rather than billed separately, which is worth noting when comparing Spiritan University against institutions that quote tuition on its own. It appears at ₦35,000 in both semesters on every programme listed.

Note
Spiritan University’s fees policy allows payment in instalments for students, parents or guardians who cannot pay all the fees simultaneously.
Fees can be paid twice per Semester. However, all semester fees must be paid completely before a student is allowed to take the Semester’s examination.
Why the First Semester Costs More at Spiritan University Nneochi
Every programme here bills a heavier first semester than second, by ₦30,000. Hazard, energy subsidy, sports and the ID card are charged once at the start of the session and then drop off the second semester invoice entirely.
Across a full session that leaves pre-degree students at ₦235,000, Arts, Management and Social Sciences undergraduates at ₦345,000, and Natural and Applied Sciences undergraduates at ₦385,000. The ₦20,000 gap between the two faculties comes entirely from tuition.
First-year students add ₦30,000 on top for the non-refundable acceptance fee and matriculation, and the schedule notes that other sundry charges may apply.
Anyone who cannot pay in one go should use the instalment arrangement, which allows two payments per semester. The condition attached is firm: a semester must be fully settled before you are allowed to sit that semester’s examination.
