The IJMB programme is a one-year advanced-level curriculum facilitating Nigerian institutions’ enrolment.

The IJMB officials were thoroughly impressed with TAU’s adherence to quality education and its commitment to fostering students’ academic growth.

During their preliminary visit, they found that the University possessed the necessary resources and facilities to deliver the IJMB programme effectively.

Validation of Quality

Expressing their satisfaction, Prof. Haruna Aminu, the IJMB Coordinator, commended the University for its readiness and commitment to meeting the requirements for hosting the IJMB programme.

The team found that the institution was enthusiastic about providing a strong platform for IJMB candidates to achieve their academic ambitions.

On her part, the Vice-Chancellor of TAU, Prof. Francisca Oladipo, expressed her delight at the approval. She views it as a testament to their commitment to providing quality education and expanding access to higher learning opportunities.

She stated, “We look forward to welcoming talented and motivated students into our university community and supporting them on their educational journey.”

Expanding Opportunities

As the IJMB programme is now being offered at the TAU School of Advanced Studies, it’s expected that more students will choose this alternative route to gain admission into Nigerian universities.

The programme offers a well-structured curriculum, equipping students with critical thinking and problem-solving skills and preparing them for undergraduate studies.
