UNIPORT is now accepting applications for its prestigious M.Sc. Petroleum Engineering and Project Development program for the 2024/2025 academic year.
This international collaborative graduate program, offered in partnership with IFP School in France, equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to further high in the dynamic oil and gas industry.
The M.SC. Petroleum Engineering and Project Development Program Aims to Provide Students With
- An understanding of the development of traditional fossil fuel
- Project development techniques, in-depth knowledge
Admission and Eligibility
Eligible candidates from the Africa Sub Saharan region and Nigeria are open for the program.
At least a bachelor’s degree, Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in any branch of Engineering must be posses by the candidates.
At least five years of relevant upstream petroleum experience may also be considered for company-sponsored personnel.
IPS Postgraduate Diploma graduates are also eligible to apply as they meet the admission and screening requirements.

Program Duration and Award
On a full-time basis, the program runs for 12 calendar months. A joint Masters’ degree from theUNIPORT, Nigeria, and IFP School, France, will be given to successful students.
