University of Lagos and State University of Education, Moscow Sign Academic MOU

The University of Lagos (UNILAG), Nigeria, and the State University of Education in Moscow, Russia, have entered a historic partnership to boost academic exchange and foster joint educational programs.

The official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Monday, June 26, 2025, marking the start of an anticipated era of academic growth and cooperation.

Sealing the Agreement


The significant event occurred in the office of UNILAG’s Deputy VC, Professor Bolanle Oboh. Professor Bola Oboh and Dr. Kulikov Dmitry, Rector for Science at the State University of Education, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective universities.

The presence of key faculty members from both universities signified the importance of this MoU and the mutual commitment to its successful implementation.
