The 2026/2027 cut-off mark picture for LAUTECH is now out. Candidates need this information before they can tell whether they are in contention for a place, and before any screening exercise starts.

All prospective Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH ) candidates should know that meeting the cut-off mark is the first step; the university’s departmental aggregate scoring (explained further down this page) decides who actually gets in.
This enables students to know if they’re qualified for admission and to consider a less competitive course if their score is on the lower end. Candidates should keep a copy of every document mentioned here, since admission offices often ask for it again.
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ( LAUTECH ) is an autonomous public university with the general function of providing higher education and encouraging the advancement of learning throughout Nigeria. Nothing about that changes based on a candidate’s course of interest.
The university is jointly owned by two states in Nigeria: Oyo and Osun. It is worth double-checking this detail directly against the official portal before relying on it. None of this changes depending on how strong the rest of a candidate’s application looks.

How to Calculate LAUTECH Aggregate Score
- LAUTECH Aggregate JAMB Score = 50%
- LAUTECH Aggregate Post UTME Score = 50%
- Divide your JAMB score by 8.
- Divide your Post-UTME score by 2.
- Add up the result.
Here’s how that plays out. If Treasure scored 240 in her JAMB and 80 in her Post-UTME, her aggregate score comes from these steps:
240 / 8 = 30
80 / 2 = 40
40 + 30 = 70
Treasure’s aggregate score is 70, which she’d then compare against her department’s aggregate requirement from the table above.
