AAUA Notice to Students On JAMB Regularization 2024

Dear Members of the General Public and Esteemed Students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko,

We wish to inform you that the university administration has issued a notice to all students who changed their courses between 2017 and 2020 and have not yet printed their letters through regularization.

In accordance with the recent circular from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) regarding students’ regularization for the 2017 to 2020 Academic Sessions, the university is obligated to forward the list of affected candidates to JAMB.

Therefore, we kindly request the following actions from the affected students:

1. Change of Course Students (2017-2020):
   • If you changed your course during the specified period and have not printed your Change of Admission Letter through regularization, please visit the Admissions Office.
   • Bring both your old and new admission letters (JAMB and Interim) with you.
   • The deadline for compliance is 6th September 2024.
2. Inter or Intra Faculty Transfer and Inter-University Transfer Students (2017-2020):
   • If you applied for an Inter or Intra Faculty transfer or an Inter-University transfer during the specified period and have not completed your regularization process or printed new admission letters from JAMB, please also visit the Admissions Office.
   • The deadline for compliance is 6th September 2024.
