Admission into DAMATURUPOLY for 2026/2027 now runs on a 100 cut-off mark. Candidates who scored below that in UTME are not eligible to proceed, regardless of their course of interest.
Candidates who are still unsure where they stand should treat DAMATURUPOLY’s figure as the starting point for everything else in the admission process. Candidates should confirm their own UTME result against this figure before taking any further step.

DAMATURUPOLY Cut-off Mark 2026/2027
JAMB’s 2026 policy meeting set the national floor for polytechnics at 100 for 2026/2027. Unlike some institutions that set their internal threshold above that floor, DAMATURUPOLY’s cut-off mark for all courses has tracked the national floor itself: 100. None of this changes depending on how strong the rest of a candidate’s application looks.
This page previously listed DAMATURUPOLY’s cut-off mark at 150, a figure we couldn’t corroborate against current sources and that looks like it predates this year’s policy change. We’ve corrected it. This step applies equally whether a candidate is applying from within the state or outside it.
If you scored 100 or above in UTME and made DAMATURUPOLY your first or second choice, you meet the screening threshold, candidates still need at least 5 O’Level credit passes, including Mathematics and English, in not more than two sittings, to proceed with the department-specific requirements.
We couldn’t reach fepoda.edu.ng directly to pull a fresh confirmation, so if your department has a specific requirement beyond the general floor, confirm with the admissions office before applying. Skipping or rushing this part of the process is one of the more common reasons admission gets delayed.

Clearing the cut-off mark at DAMATURUPOLY does not finish the admission process on its own. Candidates still need to complete screening, document verification, and any departmental requirement before a place is confirmed.
Clearing DAMATURUPOLY’s Mark Is Only Step One
DAMATURUPOLY‘s cut-off mark decides who can be considered, nothing more. The rest of the admission outcome depends on how well a candidate handles the steps that follow.
Treat it as a checkpoint, not a guarantee. DAMATURUPOLY candidates should keep that in mind while the rest of the admission process plays out.
