The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) announces the release of the application forms for the Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) and Direct Entry screening for the academic year 2025.

FUTA Post-UTME/De Eligibility

Candidates who made the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) their Institution of choice and scored a minimum of 180 marks in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), which JAMB conducted.

Direct Entry candidates are also eligible and must sit for the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise.

Registration Period

The window for accessing the online Application/Registration Form will commence on Monday, 11th September, and culminate on Saturday, 21st October, 2025.

This period should be marked in your calendars to ensure timely registration and completion of the requisite forms..

Method of Application

Candidates must check the University website for the mode of payment for application, download, complete, and submit the University Post-UTME Application Form online, and print out a copy.

Requirement for Screening

  • All candidates are to come along with the items listed below to the screening venue:
  • JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration Slips for Direct Entry Candidates.
  • A printed copy of the completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form.
  • Evidence of payment via REMITA.
