Estate Management at Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) names three compulsory O’Level subjects and then offers an unusually long list of acceptable supporting papers covering commercial, technical and science fields.

The two numerical thresholds on this page are set at the same level, which is not true of every UNIZIK department. Both the JAMB score and the post-UTME cut-off sit at 200.

The JAMB registration is far shorter. Four papers are written: Use of English, Mathematics, Economics and one other subject, which is left entirely open.
Mathematics and Economics therefore appear at both stages. A candidate who is weak in either will find no route around them anywhere on this page.
The JAMB score for consideration at UNIZIK is 200 and above, and the departmental post-UTME cut-off for Estate Management is also 200 and above. Clearing one does not excuse the other.
