3. Enter the CONFIRMATION ORDER# from your Payment Receipt in the provided box
4. Click on “VERIFY” to confirm your payment
5. You will automatically be logged into your account if your payment is verified.
6. Click on “CONTINUE APPLICATION” to load the BIODATA FORM
7. Fill in the form and click “SAVE BIODATA”
8. Click on “SCHOOL/INSTITUTION” at the top of the form, fill it out and click “SAVE SCHOOLS”
9. Click on “NEXT OF KIN/SPONSOR” at the top of the form, fill it out, and click “SAVE RELATIONS”
10. Click on “UPLOAD IMAGE” at the top of the form, select and upload your passport photograph, and click “SAVE IMAGE”
11. Click on “PRINT MY FORM” at the top of the form, and print a copy for your records.
