The management of Calvary Polytechnic (CALVARYPOLY), Owa-Oyibu, Delta State, has announced the deadline for payment of school fees and registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Newly admitted and returning students are advised to pay up all the fees required by the school before the deadline.
Calvary Polytechnic School Fees and Registration Deadline
Calvary Polytechnic has announced the deadline for payment of fees. The deadline for fees is March 2026.
It is not considered valid if you pay your school fees after the deadline, and you may go through many filing processes to get your money.
The penalty for defaulting is a loss of studentship for the 2026/2027 academic session, and a lost session still counts toward the total duration allowed for your programme.
A student with a genuine reason to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from studies must follow the due process before the end of the first semester.
How Much Is CALVARYPOLY School Fees?
We couldn’t find a published 2026/2027 fee schedule on Calvary Polytechnic’s own website. The only figure we previously had on record, ₦31,000 for ND1 tuition, looks dated and incomplete next to what a private polytechnic typically charges once accommodation, departmental and sundry charges are added.
More recent third-party estimates put total new-student costs well above that, in the ₦100,000 to ₦140,000 range once tuition, acceptance and departmental fees are combined. We found this on a single aggregator rather than the school’s own portal, so it is not confirmed.
For the exact Calvary Polytechnic school fees covering your programme and level, check your invoice on the admission portal or contact the bursary office directly before paying.
How Much Is CALVARYPOLY Acceptance Fee?
Calvary Polytechnic’s acceptance fee was ₦5,000 in the schedule we have on record, though more recent unverified listings put it closer to ₦20,000, a sizeable jump we couldn’t confirm against the school’s own site. Confirm the current figure on your admission letter or portal before paying.
New intakes must pay their acceptance fees to be considered students.
How Much Is CALVARYPOLY Hostel Fee?
Students who want to stay in the hostel accommodations made available by the school authorities would have to apply before time. Calvary Polytechnic’s hostel accommodation fee isn’t specified on its official channels, so confirm the amount with student affairs before applying.

The figures on record and the figures circulating describe different institutions. Our schedule has ND 1 tuition at ₦31,000 and acceptance at ₦5,000, while current listings suggest a combined ₦100,000 to ₦140,000.
A gap of roughly four times cannot be explained by ordinary annual increases. Either the older schedule covered tuition alone, or the newer estimates are folding in charges the school bills separately.
The acceptance figure shows the same pattern in miniature, ₦5,000 on record against ₦20,000 reported. Neither has been checked against anything Calvary Polytechnic published itself.
Until the Owa-Oyibu campus issues a schedule, budget toward the higher end and verify on the admission portal. The March 2026 deadline still applies, and a lost session counts toward your programme duration.
