Dorben Polytechnic, Bwari, Abuja, hasn’t published a verifiable 2026/2027 fee schedule that we could confirm from an official source. Figures circulating online vary sharply, from close to the older confirmed rate up to nearly three times that amount for the same ND programme, which tells us those numbers aren’t reliably current.
How Much Is Dorben Polytechnic School Fees?
The previously confirmed tuition figure for ND I was ₦76,000. Treat that as background rather than this session’s figure.
Some sites now quote anywhere from ₦150,000 to ₦220,000. That is a large enough jump from the old confirmed number that we are not willing to repeat it as fact without the school’s own schedule behind it.
Dorben Polytechnic does offer a 20 percent tuition scholarship for specific groups, including military and paramilitary personnel recommended by their offices, and female students enrolled in Science and Engineering programmes, which is worth asking about if you fall into either category.
The reliable way to get your real 2026/2027 figure is to check the student portal once you’re admitted, or contact the bursary directly before making any payment.
How Much Is Dorben Polytechnic Acceptance Fee?
The previously confirmed acceptance fee was ₦10,000, though some recent sources quote ₦20,000. New intakes should check the figure stated on their own admission letter before paying, since it determines when you’re treated as a registered student.

The Dorben Scholarship Worth Asking About
One concrete thing on this page is the 20 percent tuition scholarship. It covers military and paramilitary personnel recommended by their offices, and female students on Science and Engineering programmes.
Applied to the last confirmed ₦76,000, that discount saves ₦15,200. Applied to the ₦220,000 top of the circulating range it would save ₦44,000, which makes it worth raising with the bursary whatever the real figure turns out to be.
The figures themselves remain unsettled at Dorben Polytechnic. Tuition reports span nearly three times the old rate, and the acceptance fee is quoted at both ₦10,000 and ₦20,000.
Your admission letter settles acceptance and the student portal settles tuition. Ask about the scholarship at the same time, since a discount applied before payment is simpler than one claimed afterwards.
