The management of the Eko University of Medical and Health Sciences (EKO UNIMED) has announced the deadline for payment of school fees and registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Newly admitted and returning students are advised to pay up all the fees required by the school before the deadline.

The Eko University of Medical and Health Sciences (EKO UNIMED) has announced the deadline for payment of fees. The deadline for fees is March 2026.
It is not considered valid if you pay your school fees after the deadline, and you may go through many filing processes to get your money.
The penalty for defaulting is a loss of studentship for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Also, note that the lost session shall form part of the total duration allowed for the Programme.
However, a student who has a genuine reason(s) to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from Studies for the session must follow the due process before the end of the First Semester of the session.
How Much is EKO UNIMED School Fees?
Eko University of Medical and Health Sciences school fees vary depending on your enrolled program. As a private medical university, EKO UNIMED’s charges are considerably higher than public universities, and they have risen substantially in recent sessions.
The EKO UNIMED school fees currently published on the university’s own website for new (100 Level, UTME) MBBS students is:

This figure is taken directly from EKO UNIMED’s own website for the current admission cycle. For comparison, the university’s own 2024/2025 published fee schedule (for 200-Level direct-entry MBBS new students) totaled N4,769,750, made up of N3,100,000 tuition plus clinical, caution, development, ICT, library, medical, lab consumables, accommodation, and other compulsory charges, so the increase to the current figure is consistent with the university’s recent trend of yearly increases rather than a one-off spike.
For other departments (Human Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, Human Physiology, Pharmacology, and similar non-clinical programmes), we could not locate an updated, officially published figure for 2026/2027. These departments previously charged a flat N850,000 per session; that figure may no longer be current given the overall fee increases at the university, so returning and prospective students in these departments should check the student portal (studentportal.ekounimed.edu.ng) or the admissions office directly rather than relying on this older figure.
Returning students at every level should check the fee schedule for their specific level through the student portal, since EKO UNIMED does not publish a single flat figure for returning students across all levels.
