A Few Practical Tips
Keep Your Login Details Safe. Your application number, JAMB number, and any password you set during registration are the only things you need to check your status. Write them down somewhere safe rather than relying on memory, since many candidates lose access simply because they forget these details.
Check Your Email and SMS Too. Some schools send a notification by email or text message alongside updating the portal. If you can’t get into the portal immediately, check your inbox and spam folder for any message from the institution before assuming nothing has happened.
Use a Stable Internet Connection. Portal pages with images, scripts, and security checks can fail to load properly on a weak mobile connection. Where possible, use a stable Wi-Fi connection or visit a cyber café to avoid a half loaded page that looks like an error.
