The Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic (KENPOLY) has not confirmed a fresh fees circular for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Sources disagree on the structure itself. Some quote a flat fee around ₦26,000 to ₦29,000, others split it by Rivers State indigene status at ₦48,000 to ₦83,500, so we are not picking one to present as current.
How Much Is KENPOLY School Fees?
KENPOLY’s fees have historically been split by whether you are a Rivers State indigene, with indigenes paying a subsidised rate.
Past figures for ND students ranged from roughly ₦26,000 under an older flat schedule up to ₦66,500 for non-indigenes under a more recent structure, with HND running somewhat higher.
Because the structure itself appears to have changed between sessions, confirm the current fee for your level and residency status with the bursary rather than relying on any figure quoted online, including ours.
The polytechnic has previously enforced a strict “no evidence of school fees payment, no examination” policy, so pay and keep your receipt well ahead of exams.

KENPOLY Blocks Exams Without Proof of Payment
The strictest thing on this page is not a figure at all. KENPOLY has previously barred students without evidence of payment from sitting examinations, which turns a late transfer into a lost semester.
That makes the receipt as important as the amount. Pay through the official channel, keep the teller, and check that the payment has reflected against your record rather than assuming it has.
The amount itself is genuinely unsettled. A flat schedule near ₦26,000 and a residency-based one reaching ₦83,500 cannot both be current, and nothing we found resolves which applies to 2026/2027.
Acceptance has been reported between ₦15,000 and ₦20,000 and the hostel rate is unverified. Ask the bursary for both in writing, and we will update this page once Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic confirms its schedule.
