The Khadija University Majia (KUM) has released its school fees schedule for the 2026/2027 academic session, giving undergraduate students a clear breakdown of tuition and other charges by faculty.
The figures below cover Applied Sciences, Social and Management Sciences, and Basic Sciences. Both newly admitted and returning students are advised to settle every listed charge before the registration deadline.
Each faculty’s breakdown includes the same core charges, accommodation, examination, caution deposit, medical insurance, hostel maintenance, ICT, and the university portal fee, with tuition and the laboratory charge being what actually separates one faculty’s total from another.

Comparing Tuition Across KUM’s Three Faculties
Applied Sciences carries the highest total at N1,550,000, driven by the N1,200,000 tuition and N50,000 laboratory fee. Basic Sciences follows at N1,350,000, while Social and Management Sciences comes in lowest at N1,200,000 with no laboratory charge.
That’s a N350,000 gap between the cheapest and most expensive faculty, almost entirely from tuition rather than the shared accommodation, examination, and ICT charges that stay the same across all three.
Only science students pay the N50,000 laboratory fee, which explains why Social and Management Sciences has no laboratory line in its table at all while Applied Sciences and Basic Sciences both carry it.
