The Kwara State College of Education (KWCOE), Ilorin has released the first batch admission list for its NCE programmes for the 2026/2027 session.
The NCE intake is admitted separately from the college sandwich and affiliate degree routes, so candidates should check the list matching the course they applied for.
How to Check Admission Status in KWCOE Ilorin NCE Programs
Follow the steps below to check your admission status for the NCE programmes. The portal works from your UTME registration number rather than a college application number.
- Visit the institution’s portal.
- Fill out your UTME Registration Number in the space provided.
- Click the ‘View Status’ button to see your admission status within the KWCOE Ilorin NCE program.
Candidates who have successfully secured admission into the college’s NCE programs are recommended to undertake the following actions:
- You can visit JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to either ACCEPT or REJECT your admission.
- Candidates should print out their JAMB admission letter after accepting their admission.

Taking Up a KWCOE Ilorin NCE Place
Accepting the offer on CAPS is the step that holds the place, and an offer left unanswered can be withdrawn while a candidate assumes it is settled.
Print the admission letter once acceptance is recorded, since it is the document the college asks for during clearance.
Being a first batch, this is unlikely to be the only release, so candidates not listed should check again later in the session.
Candidates still waiting should also confirm that their O-level results are correctly uploaded on CAPS, as incomplete records are a frequent reason an applicant is passed over.
If the portal returns nothing, check the UTME registration number character by character before assuming the worst, since a mistyped entry gives the same blank result.
Congratulations to all candidates on the KWCOE Ilorin NCE first batch admission list for the 2026/2027 session.
