The management of the Lagos State University (LASU) wishes to inform all undergraduates in the institution that the course registration procedure and Schol fees and registration deadline for 2024/2025 academic session have been released.

The management of the Lagos State University (LASU) further announced that candidates yet to do their course registration and pay their fees should do so before the deadline.

Official Senate-Approved Bulletin


In an official bulletin approved by the Senate, students must complete the payment of school fees and online course registration by Friday, 30th June 2024. Following the registration, students must print their course form/examination slip immediately.

Course Operations Activation


For students wishing to make necessary corrections, course operations will be activated on Monday, 26th June 2024, and will end on Friday, 30th June 2024. This operation includes adding and deleting courses for the session.

Late Registration and Associated Fees


A late registration period will commence from Monday, 3rd July to Friday, 14th July 2024, with a late registration fee of ₦5000.

The late registration applies to students who failed to register on or before midnight of Friday, 30th June 2024 or those who haven’t paid their school fees by the same deadline.

Examination Dockets and Commencement of Examinations


The Examination Dockets will be produced from Monday, 17th July to Thursday, 20th July 2024, and delivered to faculties on Friday, 21st July 2024.

The First Semester examinations for the 2024/2025 academic session will commence on Monday, 24th July 2024.

LASU Course Registration Procedure

The following step-by-step approach must be followed to achieve an error-free online courses registration:

  1. Ensure 100% Payment of school fees, as this is required for Second Semester online registration.
  2. All students are to consult with their LEVEL ADVISERS, for necessary advice and guidance on departmental regulations on the choice of courses to be registered, before proceeding online for course registration.
  3. Upload of scanned (in .pdf format) ANTI-CULTISM OATH FORM onto the registration portal has now formed part of the requirements for online course registration.
  4. Visit LASU website 
    1. Point to the STUDENT tab
    2. Drag your mouse pointer on COURSE REGISTRATION
    3. Click on UG COURSE REGISTRATION
    4. Input your MATRIC NUMBER and PASSWORD in the appropriate text box
    5. Click on SUBMIT button
  5. All students are to agree to the LASU Code of Conduct by checking each of the checkboxes one after the other and clicking on submit.
  6. Complete your online course registration.

NOTE:

  • Use of cell-phone for course registration is not advisable as some features May be hidden depending on the version of the OS of the phone
  • All students are to ensure that they print their Main registration and  Course Forms and Submit them to the Department for endorsement by the HOD.  An unsigned course form shall not be recognized as evidence of registration.
  • Only registered students Will be permitted to write exams and have results.
  • All payments are to be made on www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment

LASU students should make the necessary registration for their courses and make payment of their fees before the specified deadline to enable a smooth transition into the new academic year.
