O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management; You require;
Five (5) SSC credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, and Economics, plus any two (2) subjects listed under the Direct Entry column.
Jamb Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management under the Faculty of Administration in the above Universities include;
Mathematics, Economics plus one (1) another subject.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Industrial Relations and Personnel Management if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ level passes chosen from Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography, and Statistics.
Jamb Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into LASU for the 2026/2027 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 160 or above in your JAMB result.
The Shared Subject List Behind LASU Industrial Relations
The O level and Direct Entry requirements overlap here. You need five SSC credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and Economics, plus any two subjects drawn from the Direct Entry list, so read both sections together.
That list covers Economics, Accounting, Business Management, Government, Geography and Statistics, and Direct Entry candidates need two A level passes from it. UTME applicants take Mathematics, Economics and one other subject, with 160 the JAMB threshold.
