Here’s what we could confirm about Modibbo Adama University’s (MAUTECH), Yola, academic calendar.
As of this update, we could not verify an officially released, Senate-approved calendar specifically for the 2026/2027 session on MAUTECH’s own channels. A previous version of this page carried a detailed day-by-day calendar for an earlier session; since those dates no longer apply, we’ve taken them down rather than relabel them as current.
Where to Get the Real Dates
- Check mau.edu.ng (Modibbo Adama University’s official site) for the latest published calendar.
- Watch the university’s official notice boards and student portal, since calendar revisions (for strikes, elections, or other disruptions) are typically posted there first.
- Ask your departmental office directly if you need confirmation before making travel plans.

What a MAUTECH Calendar Typically Covers
For reference, past MAUTECH calendars have followed a similar structure: a registration window (with a late-registration period that attracts a fine), first-semester lectures, a mid-session break for national events when applicable, first-semester exams, a short inter-semester break, second-semester lectures, second-semester exams, script marking and project defence, and a sessional break before the next session begins. Expect the 2026/2027 calendar to follow a similar shape once MAUTECH publishes it, but don’t rely on specific dates until you’ve confirmed them from the university directly.
Check Back
We’ll update this page with confirmed 2026/2027 dates as soon as MAUTECH publishes them and we can verify them against the university’s own site.
