It is very important for all candidates who wish to apply for any of the courses offered by NDA to carefully confirm and see if the course they Selected is offered in the institution before registering for JAMB.
The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna is one of the first of two Military Universities in Nigeria. Nigerian Army University, established in 2018 in Biu, Borno State, is the other military university that does not offer military training.

O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Computer Science; You require;
Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, plus two other science subjects.
Jamb Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Computer Science under the Faculty of Sciences in the above Universities include;
Mathematics, Physics and Biology, Chemistry, Agric Science, Economics, and Geography
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Computer Science if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in science subjects, including Mathematics.
- NCE merit in Mathematics and one (1) other Science or Social Science subject
Jamb Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into NDA for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 180 or above in your JAMB result.
