Pan-Atlantic University (PAU), Ibeju-Lekki, has released its 2026/2027 school fees schedule, which runs by programme and year of study rather than a single flat charge. Engineering carries the highest totals at over ₦3 million in Year 1.
Fees generally decrease slightly each year across most programmes, reflecting lower first-year setup costs once a student moves past their opening year. Direct Entry students pay the same amount as their classmates at the equivalent level.

Students who have been admitted via Direct Entry are to pay the same amount as their classmates at the equivalent level, since PAU does not run a separate, discounted rate for that entry route.
