The management of Precious Cornerstone University (PCU), Ibadan, reviews its fee schedule from time to time. Here is the clearest picture we can verify for the 2026/2027 academic session.
How Much Is PCU School Fees?
We could not find a clean, current fee schedule published directly on PCU’s own website for 2026/2027.
The last fully itemised, internally consistent breakdown we have on record is below. The numbers add up correctly, which suggests it reflects a real schedule, though we cannot confirm which exact session it was for:
Undergraduate Degree (per session)
| Fee | Social & Mgt Sciences | Pure Sciences |
| Tuition | ₦250,000 | ₦270,000 |
| Accommodation | ₦85,000 | ₦85,000 |
| Course Registration | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| Examination | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| ICT/Portal | ₦15,000 | ₦15,000 |
| Medical | ₦10,000 | ₦10,000 |
| Laboratory | ₦10,000 | ₦15,000 |
| Library | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| Sports Levy | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| ID Card | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| Results Verification | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| Development Levy | ₦10,000 | ₦10,000 |
| Students’ Representative Council | ₦5,000 | ₦5,000 |
| Total | ₦415,000 | ₦440,000 |
Treat that table as background, not a current quote. More recent listings elsewhere put PCU tuition noticeably higher, close to ₦500,000 for some programmes with a separate hostel charge around ₦120,000.
We could not verify that newer figure against PCU’s own site either, and it does not use the same fee categories as the breakdown above, so a direct comparison is hard to make honestly.
For an exact PCU school fees figure for 2026/2027, contact the admissions or bursary office directly, since tuition-paying private universities like PCU typically adjust fees most sessions.
JUPEB Programme (per session)
| Charge | Amount |
| Admission Fee | ₦7,500 |
| Acceptance Fee | ₦12,500 |
| Programme Fee (tuition, ID card, accommodation, exam, medical, ICT, sports, library, caution) | ₦274,000 |

Why Two Precious Cornerstone Fee Pictures Do Not Line Up
This page carries two versions of PCU and they resist comparison. The itemised table is internally consistent and sums correctly, while the newer figures circulating elsewhere use different categories entirely.
In the verified breakdown, the ₦25,000 gap between Social and Management Sciences and Pure Sciences comes from two rows only: ₦20,000 more in tuition and ₦5,000 more in laboratory charges.
JUPEB students work from a bundled programme fee instead, with tuition, accommodation, examinations, medical, ICT, sports, library and caution all rolled into the single ₦274,000 figure.
Since acceptance fees and hostel rates are among the charges adjusted most often, take yours from your admission letter and the student affairs office rather than from either set of numbers here.
