The Odd Second-Year Rate on the PLAPOLY Table
ND students get a real break in their second year, paying N34,500 against N40,200, a drop of N5,700. HND students get almost nothing, falling only N500 from N45,750 to N45,250.
That makes the full two-year cost N74,700 for an ND and N91,000 for an HND, so the HND route is roughly N16,300 dearer across the programme rather than only at entry.
Acceptance of N10,000 applies once, putting an ND I fresher at N50,200 and an HND I fresher at N55,750 for the first session.
