This is an update for students of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic (RUGIPO), Owo, on the academic calendar for the 2026/2027 academic session.
As of this update, RUGIPO has not published a complete academic calendar for the 2026/2027 session. The polytechnic’s most recently confirmed calendar covers the second semester of 2025/2026, which ran through October 2026.
Some school information sites list specific 2026/2027 matriculation and examination dates for RUGIPO. We couldn’t verify these against an official RUGIPO notice, so we’re leaving them out rather than risk passing along dates that might not hold up.
Admission into ND and HND programmes for 2026/2027 is open through the school’s application portal. Once the full academic calendar is approved, RUGIPO typically posts it on its news page and distributes it to departments.
