The University of Lagos Distance Learning Institute has published the list of applicants offered provisional admission to its programmes for the 2026/2027 academic year.
Distance learning is admitted separately from the regular campus intake, with study arranged around candidates who cannot attend full time, so the institute publishes its own list.
The list is organised by course and by batch rather than as a single document, which matters when you go looking for your name.
How to Check UNILAG DLI, Admission List
- Go to the UNILAG DLI admission status checking page.
- Click on the course and batch of preference to view the names of admitted candidates.

Reading the UNILAG DLI Admission List
Open the page for your own course and batch rather than scanning the whole set, since names are grouped and a candidate will appear under one heading only.
If your name is not there, check the other batch before concluding anything, as the releases cover different groups of applicants.
Candidates who find their names should contact the institute about acceptance fees, registration dates and the documents required, since distance learning programmes run to their own schedule.
Ask specifically how teaching is delivered and whether any sessions are held on campus, since distance learning arrangements differ between programmes at the institute.
Have your O-level results and any earlier qualifications ready for registration, as verification normally covers all of them at a single sitting.
Keep the contact details of the institute office handy, since distance learners resolve most administrative matters remotely rather than in person.
Act promptly once the requirements are known, because places left unconfirmed after the window the institute allows are routinely offered to other applicants.
Save or print the page showing your name as well, because published lists are sometimes withdrawn once registration for the session has closed.
Congratulations to all the candidates that made it to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) Distance Learning Institute (DLI) admission list.
