Zamfara State College of Arts and Science (ZACAS) runs NCE programmes, meaning the Nigeria Certificate in Education, rather than ND or HND polytechnic courses.
That makes any fee breakdown quoting ND or HND levels for ZACAS a description of the wrong kind of institution, and a quick way to spot a listing that was never about this college.
ZACAS has not published a dated 2026/2027 circular we could verify, so this page sticks to what is traceable and flags single-source figures where that is the case.
How Much Is ZACAS School Fees?
For the 2025/2026 session, one source reported NCE tuition for fresh students at roughly ₦33,000 to ₦42,000 for Zamfara State indigenes and ₦35,000 to ₦45,000 for non-indigenes, with returning students between ₦30,000 and ₦35,000 depending on course.
We found this on a single site rather than from two independent sources agreeing, so treat it as a rough guide rather than a confirmed number, especially for 2026/2027.
ZACAS management has reportedly directed that fees cannot be paid in installments, meaning both new and returning students are expected to clear the full amount at once rather than spreading it across the session.
How Much Is ZACAS Acceptance Fee?
The acceptance fee has been reported at roughly ₦10,000 to ₦15,000 for newly admitted students in the previous session. As with the tuition figure above, this comes from a single source we could find, so confirm the exact amount with the college’s bursary department before paying.
How Much Is ZACAS Hostel Fee?
Students who want to stay in hostel accommodation made available by the college would have to apply before time. ZACAS hasn’t published a hostel fee figure we could verify, so check directly with the college for 2026/2027 rates.

What the No Instalment Rule Changes at ZACAS
The reported ban on instalment payments matters more than the exact amount. Clearing ₦33,000 to ₦45,000 in one transaction is a different proposition from spreading it, and it rules out paying as the session goes along.
Add the ₦10,000 to ₦15,000 acceptance charge and a fresher needs somewhere between ₦43,000 and ₦60,000 available at registration rather than over time.
The indigene concession here is unusually small, roughly ₦2,000 to ₦3,000, so residency makes far less difference at Zamfara State College of Arts and Science than at most state institutions.
Every figure on this page rests on one source, which is why the bursary is the only place to settle it. We will update here once ZACAS publishes a dated 2026/2027 schedule we can verify.
