Two Subjects Are Enough at MAUTECH Education and Physics Direct Entry
Direct Entry asks for the least of the three routes, requiring two A’level or NCE passes in Mathematics and Physics alone.
UTME adds Chemistry to that pair, making the four papers Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and the compulsory English Language.
O’level asks for the most, naming all five credits as Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Biology therefore appears only on the school certificate side, and nothing on this page offers an alternative to it.
Candidates entering through UTME need a minimum of 180 and above in their JAMB result for the 2026/2027 session.
