The university has released the first and second batches of its diploma admission lists, covering candidates who met the entry requirements through its consultancy services.
Diploma admission is handled by the university directly rather than through JAMB, so the documents listed further down matter more than any CAPS step.

Procedural Steps Post-Admission
After verification, candidates who have successfully passed will receive a Short Message Service (SMS) notification from the university.
These candidates must proceed by accessing their profile on the university portal to acknowledge and accept the provisional admission. Subsequently, the admission letter should be printed for documentation purposes.
Required Credentials for Registration
Immediate action is imperative subsequent to the admission. Admitted candidates must promptly report to the Consultancy Office to undergo the necessary registration procedures. To ensure a smooth and efficient registration process, candidates are obligated to present the original versions of the following credentials:
- West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Certificate
- National Examinations Council (NECO) Certificate
- National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB) Certificate
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- Local Government Indigene Certificate
- Birth Certificate
Completing KSUSTA Diploma Registration
Check both batches before concluding anything, since the second release covers candidates processed after the first and the two lists are separate.
Assemble the required certificates well ahead of registration, because several of them, such as the indigene certificate and birth certificate, cannot be obtained at short notice.
Bring originals rather than photocopies alone, as verification is done against the original documents.
Act promptly once the requirements are known, since places left unconfirmed after the window the university allows are routinely offered to other applicants.
