BASUG Physical Screening Exercise Schedule
Bauchi State University, Gadau hereby invites all the candidates who made it to its Merit admission list for physical screening from Monday, 5th December 2022, to Tuesday, 20th December 2022. Candidates are to report at the designated campuses as follows:
Candidates are to report at the designated campuses as follows:
GADAU CAMPUS:
- Faculty of Science
- Faculty of Arts
- Faculty of Education
- Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences
- Faculty of Agriculture
- Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences
MISAU CAMPUS:
- Faculty of Law
BAUCHI CAMPUS:
- Faculty of Social and Management Sciences.
The split across three campuses is worth planning around. Gadau handles six faculties, Misau handles Law alone, and Bauchi handles Social and Management Sciences, so your reporting venue depends entirely on the course you were offered.
NB: All candidates must do the following before screening:
- Upload their O’level on JAMB CAPS, or their admission will not be processed.
- Change to the Course for which they are shortlisted before they can be screened.
- Bring originals and photocopies of their credentials for the screening exercise.
- Bring one (1) passport photograph
- Bring scratch cards for the O’level examination they are submitting.
Two of those five conditions are easy to miss. The O Level upload on JAMB CAPS is stated as a condition of the admission being processed at all, not merely a formality.
The second is the course change. Candidates shortlisted for a different course from the one they applied for must make that change before screening, or they cannot be screened.
The scratch card matters because it allows the school to verify the result you uploaded. Bring one for each examination body whose result you are submitting.

What BASUG Screening Candidates Should Settle Before Travelling
Two things decide whether the trip is worthwhile. Your O Level result must already be uploaded on JAMB CAPS, and your course on the portal must match the one you were shortlisted for.
After that it is a matter of documents. Carry the originals and photocopies of your credentials, one passport photograph and the scratch card for each O Level result you are presenting, then report to the campus that hosts your faculty.
