This is to inform the General Public that the Federal Polytechnic Daura (FEDPOLYDAURA) 2026/2027 Admission Exercise for the following program is now closed.
Eight National Diploma programmes are covered by that closure, spanning the sciences, engineering, computing and management. Three further programmes remain open to new applications.
The programmes still accepting candidates are all on the business and office side, so applicants aiming at engineering or laboratory courses will need to wait for the next exercise.

That list runs from Science Laboratory Technology and Computer Science through to Agricultural Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, and Surveying and Geo-Informatics.
Health Information Management and Business Administration and Management are also included, which means the closure reaches across several different schools within the polytechnic.
Programmes Still Open to Applicants
However, candidates willing to apply to the institution can only do so in the following courses:
- ND Accountancy
- ND Micro Finance and Entrepreneurship
- ND Office Technology and Management
All three are management or office based. Accountancy, Micro Finance and Entrepreneurship, and Office Technology and Management are the only National Diploma routes left in this exercise.
Candidates who had intended to apply for one of the closed programmes may wish to consider whether any of these three fits their plans before the deadline passes.
Closing Dates for This Exercise
Meanwhile, Admission and Registration for all the programs will be closed on 15th April 2026, and Registration will close on 22nd April 2026
Those two dates are a week apart and both refer to registration closing, so candidates should treat the earlier one as the safe deadline and confirm the later date with the polytechnic.
What FEDPOLYDAURA Applicants Should Do Now
Check first whether your intended programme appears in the closed list above, because eight of the eleven National Diploma courses named on this page are no longer accepting applications.
If it does, the three remaining options are Accountancy, Micro Finance and Entrepreneurship, and Office Technology and Management, all within the business and office group.
Because the notice gives two different closing dates for registration, confirm the exact deadline with the Federal Polytechnic, Daura admissions office before submitting anything.
