The National University has granted the Federal University of Dutse complete approval for developing and implementing nineteen undergraduate programs.
Professor Abdulkarim Saho Mohammed, the Vice-Chancellor, expressed gratitude to the students and staff of the university for this significant achievement.
He affirmed the university’s dedication to continually enhancing the standards and quality of its programs.
Highlighting the accreditation of the medical program as a substantial achievement, Professor Mohammed emphasized its importance as a catalyst for staff and students to intensify their efforts.
He underscored the goal of ensuring that the MBBS program at the university attains recognition among the best in the country.
The accredited programs encompass Medicine and Surgery, Anatomy, Physiology, Agriculture, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, and Taxation.
Linguistics (Arabic), Linguistics (English), Biochemistry, Biology, Environmental Management and Toxicology, Mathematics, Microbiology, Economics, Information Technology, and Software Engineering have also been accredited.
This accreditation results from a meticulous inspection and validation process, evaluating the availability of manpower resources and facilities necessary to train highly skilled graduates in their respective disciplines.
