Agricultural Science and Education is taught under the Faculty of Education at The Federal University, Kashere. It prepares agriculture teachers, and its subject conditions are drawn entirely from the sciences.
Biology and Agriculture are interchangeable at every stage. Chemistry, by contrast, appears only in the UTME combination and is absent from both the O’Level and Direct Entry lines.
Confirm that Agricultural Science and Education appears on the current FUKASHERE course list and that your JAMB registration records it correctly before you sit the examination.

Chemistry Enters Only at JAMB for FUKASHERE Agricultural Science and Education
The O’Level requirement is five SSCE credits in Mathematics, English Language, Biology or Agriculture, and any other science subject. Chemistry is not named at that stage.
The UTME combination adds it. English Language is compulsory, Biology or Agriculture is fixed, Chemistry is required, and the fourth place may be any other science paper.
That gap matters for planning. A candidate can meet the secondary school condition without Chemistry and then find it compulsory at registration.
Direct Entry returns to the looser standard, asking for two ‘A’ level passes in Biology or Agriculture and any other science subjects.
A JAMB score of 180 and above is the screening threshold for the 2026/2027 session at FUKASHERE and applies before the subject conditions are examined.
