Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai has not released an admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session as of this writing. If you applied this session, there is no shortlist to search through yet, so nothing has passed you by.
The only claims of a release come from aggregator sites, and none of them is confirmed by anything the university itself has published. Treat those claims as unverified until IBBU says otherwise.
If you already sat the screening, your safest bet is checking directly through JAMB CAPS or the school’s own portal rather than relying on third-party sites claiming a list exists. Some sites recycle old claims or generic templates that aren’t tied to any real announcement.
The two routes below are the ones that will matter once names go up. Both work from details you already hold, and neither asks you to pay an agent or share your JAMB password with anyone.

Where the IBBU Lapai Admission List Stands
The honest summary is that there is nothing to check yet for the 2026/2027 session at IBBU Lapai. Any page showing you names for this session today is not drawing them from an official release, and paying for such a list gets you nothing.
That also means no candidate is behind. Offers are made through JAMB CAPS and the school portal, and both will show the same outcome once the university has finished processing this year’s intake.
Keep your JAMB profile details accurate and your login working, and read through the guides linked above while you wait. We update this page as soon as IBBU Lapai publishes names, and the steps above will apply unchanged.
