The management of the Jigawa State Polytechnic (JIGPOLY) has announced the deadline for payment of school fees and registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Newly admitted and returning students are advised to pay up all the fees required by the school before the deadline.
JIGPOLY School Fees and Registration Deadline
JIGPOLY has announced the deadline for payment of fees. The deadline for fees is March 2026.
It is not considered valid if you pay your school fees after the deadline, and you may go through many filing processes to get your money.
The penalty for defaulting is a loss of studentship for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Also, note that the lost session shall form part of the total duration allowed for the Programme.
However, a student who has a genuine reason(s) to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from Studies for the session must follow the due process before the end of the First Semester of the session.

Why Afternoon Study Costs More at JIGPOLY
Timing is the biggest single lever on this schedule. A morning diploma indigene in year one pays 15,125 naira while the same course in the afternoon costs 26,200, a difference of 11,075 naira for identical study.
At HND level the gap widens sharply. Morning Accountancy costs an indigene 16,400 naira against 41,900 in the afternoon, so the afternoon stream costs more than two and a half times as much.
Indigene status runs alongside that. Morning diploma non-indigenes pay 29,200 naira in year one, roughly 14,075 more than indigenes, and the premium narrows in the afternoon streams rather than growing.
One row breaks the usual pattern. Morning HND year two costs 16,900 naira, five hundred more than year one, where most programmes here fall by 3,000 naira in the second year. Acceptance adds 10,000 to 15,000 naira, and the deadline is March 2026.
