Here’s the verified status of the Kaduna State University (KASU) academic calendar for 2026/2027.
Kaduna State University (KASU) Academic Calendar
KASU has not yet published a full academic calendar for 2026/2027. What’s officially confirmed, straight from a KASU Special Bulletin signed by the Director of Academic Planning, is that the second semester of the 2025/2026 session commenced on Monday, 29 June 2026. That places KASU’s current session running later into the year than many other Nigerian universities, which means the 2026/2027 session is likely still some way off at the time of writing, even though some third-party sites have already started quoting specific 2026/2027 resumption dates that don’t agree with each other.
Because those conflicting dates aren’t backed by a KASU document, we’re not repeating them here. Once KASU’s Directorate of Academic Planning issues its own bulletin or calendar for 2026/2027, typically published the same way as the second semester notice above, we’ll update this page with the confirmed dates.
Check the KASU Calendar and Events page for official bulletins as they’re released.
