Several aggregator sites now quote far higher figures, in the ₦93,000 to ₦146,000 range for the same levels, but they do not agree with each other closely enough for any single number to be treated as confirmed.

The Pre ND column also balances perfectly. Its listed items plus ₦8,500 indigene tuition come to the stated ₦36,250, which is a good sign the figures were transcribed from a real schedule.
The ND and HND columns do not balance. Each falls ₦3,500 short of its stated total, and the same gap appears for indigenes and non-indigenes alike, suggesting one unlisted charge applies at both levels.
