Biology at O’Level Only for MAUTECH Electrical and Electronics Education
Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry run through all three routes here, appearing in the O’level credits, the UTME papers and the Direct Entry subjects alike.
Biology is the exception. It is required as one of the five O’level credits but appears nowhere else on the page.
That makes it easy to overlook, yet a result sheet without Biology would fail the first check however strong the other sciences are.
No education subject is required at entry, so candidates are assessed purely on their science background.
Those entering through UTME need a minimum of 180 and above in their JAMB result for the 2026/2027 session.
