Obong University has announced the deadline for payment of fees. The deadline for fees is March 2026.
It is not considered valid if you pay your school fees after the deadline, and you may go through many filing processes to get your money.
The penalty for defaulting is a loss of studentship for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Also, note that the lost session shall form part of the total duration allowed for the Programme.
However, a student who has a genuine reason(s) to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from Studies for the session must follow the due process before the end of the First Semester of the session.

Those shared charges come to N99,000 once accommodation, departmental dues, medical, sport, registration, development, library, examination, welfare and ICT are added together. Accommodation alone accounts for N40,000 of that.
A new science student therefore faces N315,000 in total, including the N6,000 application fee and N10,000 acceptance fee, while a new management student reaches N295,000 on the same basis.
Returning students drop the application and acceptance lines, leaving N299,000 for sciences and N279,000 for management. Anyone living off campus can take a further N40,000 off whichever figure applies.
