OFFAPOLY has moved forward with its Post UTME screening form process for the 2026/2027 academic session, and candidates who applied are now following the steps laid out by the school.
This matters because missing a date, a portal link, or a listed requirement can delay admission by an entire session, and most of the information candidates need is scattered across different school notices.
A key date already confirmed for this exercise is February 14, 2023, so candidates should keep that in view while going through the rest of this guide.

A Few Practical Tips
Where a screening exercise includes a physical component, arrive earlier than the stated time, since queues at Nigerian tertiary institutions tend to move slower than candidates expect.
Check your spam or promotions folder for emails from the school, since many admission notices are sent by automated systems that sometimes get filtered out of a main inbox.
Use a stable internet connection and an updated browser when filling any screening form, since some older browsers render Nigerian university portals incorrectly and drop entered data.
