The management of Federal Polytechnic Offa (OFFAPOLY) has published its school charges for ND and HND students, and the structure has stayed fairly stable across recent sessions. Newly admitted and returning students are advised to pay before the deadline the school sets each session.
OFFAPOLY School Fees and Registration Deadline
Paying after the published deadline isn’t considered valid, and you may have to go through extra filing processes to sort your records out.
The penalty for defaulting is a loss of studentship for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, and a lost session counts toward the total duration allowed for your programme.
A student with a genuine reason to apply for Temporary Withdrawal from studies for the session must follow the due process before the end of the first semester.

Why Level Decides Everything at Federal Polytechnic Offa
Science and arts students pay exactly the same at every level here, and so do ND and HND students. The only thing that changes the figure is which year of the programme you are in.
First year costs ₦19,850 and second year ₦13,050, a drop of ₦6,800 once the entry charges fall away. Pre-ND sits highest of all at ₦25,700.
A new ND I student should budget ₦38,850 in total, adding the ₦15,000 acceptance fee, the ₦2,000 NHIS charge and the ₦2,000 Entrepreneurship Development Skill Vocational Centre fee.
Registering on time avoids a further ₦2,000. Confirm your own level on fedpoffaonline.edu.ng before paying, and ask student affairs about accommodation since no rate has been published.
