The university’s released document lists the second semester examination start date as falling at the very end of June 2027, right before lectures officially close for the session on 2nd July. Students should confirm the exact date with the Department once the exam timetable is circulated, since the university’s own calendar document is ambiguous on this single date.
This calendar is described by the university as “proposed,” which is standard practice for Nigerian university calendars and does not mean it is unofficial. Statutory Senate meetings are held roughly every four weeks throughout the session and are not listed here individually, since they mainly concern internal university business rather than student deadlines.
