The Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) has released the academic calendar for the 2024/2025 academic session.

CRUTECH Academic Calendar (1st Semester)

• December 19th, 2022 – Arrival of new students. Online fee payment. Registration begins
• December 23rd, 2022 – Christmas break begins
• January 9th, 2023 – Old students return. Fee payment. Registration begins
• January 16th, 2023 – Lectures begin.
• January 18th, 2023 – Orientation for Incoming students
• January 25th, 2023 – Departmental Boards’ meeting
• January 26th, 2023 – Faculty Boards’ meeting
• January 30th – February 2nd, 2023 – CA Test
• February 2nd, 2023 – Senate meeting
• February 8th, 2023 Inaugural lecture
• February 20th – March 19th, 2023 – Election break
• March 20th, 2023 – Registration continues for Incoming students
• March 27th – 31st, 2023 – C.A Test
• April 3rd, 2023 – Late Registration begins for Returning students.
• April 4th, 2023 – Departmental Boards’ Meeting
• April 5th, 2023 – Faculty Boards’ Meeting
• April 7th – 10th, 2023 – Easter Break
• April 19th – 21st, 2023 – Inter-faculty games begin
• April 21st, 2023 – End of Registration for Incoming students
• May 1st, 2023 – Workers’ Day
• May 9th, 2023 – Senate Meeting for the Consideration of Results
• May 11th, 2023 – Matriculation at the Calabar and Obubra campuses.
• May 12th, 2023 – Matriculation at the Ogoja and Okuku campuses
• May 15th – 22nd, 2023 – Examinations for all Returning Students.
• May 26th – June 9th, 2023 Examinations for all Year-1 students
• May 29th, 2023 – Beginning of First-semester Break for all returning students
• June 13th, 2023 – Beginning of the Second semester.

Note: Only the first-semester academic calendar has been officially released. We will notify and update you when the University announces the release of the second-semester academic calendar.
